Tenerife and La Gomera

The first major escapade was to Tenerife. The destination was chosen pretty randomly, and mostly because that was my favorite football club in a computer game :) Nevertheless, the choice was pretty good and that is one of the best places for holidays - with a wide range of offerings, from regular beach activities to hiking a volcano.

Tenerife is a nice destination for those who like active ways of spending holidays. As mentioned, the island offers a variety of activities, not only beach-related. Apart from Tenerife - there are several other islands nearby - e.g. La Gomera that also can be visited to add more flavor to the holidays.
